1. Digital Products & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products (Shopify Themes and Digital Assets), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made and files are delivered (via download link or email), we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the theme preview and understand the features provided.

2. License & Usage

When you purchase a theme, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme for one single Shopify store only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the theme files with third parties.

3. Installation & Support

Theme purchases include the theme files and installation instructions. Installation services are available for an additional fee. We provide support for theme-related bugs but are not responsible for issues caused by third-party apps or custom code modifications.
